For many of us, the holidays are a natural time for reflection, an opportunity to reassess the past twelve months and anticipate the coming year. As 2015 comes to a close, we here at Ric’s Body & Paint would like to take this time to thank our loyal customers for helping to make us the Valley’s premier repair facility.
We realize no one seeks us out when everything is going well in their lives. We see people only after their car has been involved in some sort of mishap. Whether it was a parking lot fender bender or a serious freeway collision that led them to Ric’s, all people want when they come to us is to move forward with their lives, in the least disruptive way possible. We take pride in turning what could be a negative experience into one a customer will remember in the most pleasant way possible. To judge by the overwhelmingly positive online customer reviews we’ve garnered over the years, we’ve accomplished that goal. We’d like to share with you just some of the feedback we’ve gotten the past year.
“I have used Ric’s for years and keep coming back because they do an excellent job every time. Time before last, I was in for work, they took care of the hail damage to three of my cars. Last time I ran over a bungee cord in the middle of the road and it stuck in the right rear tire. Needless to say it beat the daylights out of the side of the car,” wrote Michael from Scottsdale, in January. “The repairs were completed earlier than expected and half the cost expected. While Ric’s is located in Scottdale, we definitely welcome new customers from anywhere in the Valley. In January, we received this feedback from a customer from Peoria, Chris.
“Recently was in an accident with my brand-new truck. On the recommendation of my insurance agent I had it taken to Ric’s. Right from the start it was different than any other body shop/mechanic experience I’ve ever had…Dominic was assigned to my case and was always in contact with any changes or updates to the repair. We work on about 30 vehicles a week for new and repeat customers and we like to think of each one of them as being extended members of our own families.
